Ideally located in Stavanger, Dusavik base is center for supply and support activities in the Southern North Sea for Equinor, Total and Vår Energi. The base serves eight field operations, including the new oilfield Johan Sverdrup, the third largest oil field on NCS. In addition, the base supplies exploration activities in the Southern North Sea. As one of the major energy and maritime clusters in Norway, Dusavik offers access to high quality and mission critical infrastructure and local access to more than 60 service companies, including Scan Tech, Baker Hughes and Norsea. The companies specialize in drilling, fabrication and workshop activities, subsea, heavy-duty mooring equipment and offshore renewable energy. Professional property management ensures easy access to caretaker services and the ability to scale rented property, based on varying needs.

The available area consists of 24,000 sqm of industrial outdoor area, 1,500 sqm of workshop, and 1,000 sqm of industrial office area, in total 26,500 sqm. In addition to the combined office and workshop, the plot is levelled and partially worked up with asphalt and gravel, and there are several possible public road access points. The area will be available fall 2020. Finnestadgeilen 5 is regulated for industry/office.
